Requirement:
  • We can't transfer a locked domain! You need to unlock the domain at its current registrar.
  • We can only transfer domains with special TLDs. Currently, they are: com, net, org, info, biz, name, ca, us, cc, tv, in, cn, com.cn, net.cn, org.cn, com.tw, org.tw, idv.tw
  • For TLDs com, net, org, info, biz, us, in, cn, com.cn, net.cn, org.cn, com.tw, org.tw, idv.tw , we need an authorization key to start the transfer. Authorization keys or EPP codes are obtained from your current registrar.
  • You must be the domain's administrator and have access to the email address shown in whois. For most domains, an authorization email will be sent to that email address for confirmation.
  • If you don't follow the instruction in the email to authorize the transfer, the transfer will be cancelled.

  • ICANN policy dictates you cannot transfer a domain that has been just recently registered (ie, within the past 60 days.)
  • If you renewed your domain at the current registrar within the past 45 days, you will not get an additional year when you transfer to us.
  • If the above 2 conditions do not apply to your domain, an additional year will be added to your domain when it is transferred to us.
